567 cubic inches - per cylinder - V-16, 2 stroke supercharged diesel. 4WD is lame, this is 8WD.  Not great off road though.

That would be the rim thickness, really.  Wheels would be 40" in diameter.  The AAR (and FRA) have a lower limit on the rim thickness (I forget what it was - maybe an inch?), so the thicker the rim, the more mileage you can get out of it without pulling the trucks out to change the wheels (which also involves pulling the traction motors).
